Return & Refunds

Colorbride wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we're here to help you to return the item.

Return & Exchange Policy

Any item can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please be aware that the item returned must be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, have original Universal Product Codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee and not refund shipping costs.

Defective Items

In the case of a manufacturer defect, you must notify us within 7 days from receiving date. In that case, the item will be exchanged for the same product, if that item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

Damaged Items

If the item arrives damaged or there was a error on our part, please save the item and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us within 7 days for an exchange.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit, we must follow a set of procedures to locate your package. We must start a tracer with the shipping company. A tracer can take up to 15 business days to process. If the package is not found in that period of time, we can then reship your order. Unfortunately, we do have to wait until the tracer is complete before re-shipping your order.

Colorbride's Mistakes

We work hard to ensure that we always get your order right, but we realize that sometimes we do make mistakes. If we've made a mistake or your item was damaged during the transit. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so that we can work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
